LGS Tourism konu anlatımı

Tourism ünitesi, turizm ve gezi ile ilgili temel kelimeleri, iki ya da daha fazla şeyi karşılaştırmak için kullanılan comparatives (karşılaştırma) ve superlatives (üstünlük derecesi) yapılarını, ayrıca bir yer ya da etkinlik önerirken kullanılan should / could ve öneri kalıplarını kapsar. LGS'de bu ünitenin soruları genellikle iki şehri/oteli karşılaştıran bir metin ya da bir tatil planı diyaloğu üzerinden gelir.

Turizm kelimeleri:

• tourist – turist
• tourist guide – tur rehberi
• sightseeing – gezip görme, gezinti
• souvenir – hatıra eşyası
• landmark – simge yapı, önemli yer
• museum – müze
• resort – tatil köyü
• package tour – paket tur
• book a hotel – otel rezervasyonu yapmak
• itinerary – gezi programı
• local food / local culture – yöresel yemek / yerel kültür
• crowded / peaceful – kalabalık / sakin
• affordable / expensive – uygun fiyatlı / pahalı

Comparatives (sıfat + -er / more + sıfat + than): İki şeyi karşılaştırırken kullanılır.

• Kısa sıfatlar: sıfat + -er → cheap → cheaper, big → bigger
• Uzun sıfatlar (2+ hece): more + sıfat → expensive → more expensive
• Düzensizler: good → better, bad → worse
• Yapı: A + is/are + comparative + than + B → Antalya is warmer than Istanbul.

Superlatives (the + sıfat + -est / the most + sıfat): Üç veya daha fazla şey arasında en üstünü belirtir.

• Kısa sıfatlar: the + sıfat + -est → the cheapest
• Uzun sıfatlar: the most + sıfat → the most expensive
• Düzensizler: the best, the worst
• Yapı: A + is/are + the + superlative + (in/of grup) → This is the most beautiful beach in the city.

• You should / could visit the old town. (gitmelisin / gidebilirsin)
• Why don't we book a package tour?
• What about visiting the museum tomorrow?
• I suggest going there in spring. (suggest + V-ing)
